All content, including but not limited to videos, scripts, concepts, and designs, produced by 1445 Films & Productions is the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the content for the purposes agreed upon in the contract. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

3. Payments and Fees

Clients must adhere to the payment schedule outlined in their contract. A deposit may be required to secure services, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees or lead to suspension of services.

4. Cancellation and Termination

Both parties have the right to terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of client cancellation, 1445 Films & Productions reserves the right to retain any deposits or request additional payments for work already completed. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement for breach of terms or non-payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

1445 Films & Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our services or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract with the client.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services following any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
